Combined with her natural problem-solving and keen intuition, allows for a visionary approach to leadership in dispute resolution. Pete is known for negotiating cost-effective contracts domestically and in culturally diverse international environments with Fortune 500 industry leaders and mid-size and startup corporations. She resolved disputed relationships with employees, clients, vendors, partners, funders, and competitors at all levels. Worked the filing process and defended IP, Patents, Copyrights, and Trademarks. Initially learned about dispute resolution from the business side of the table. Pete lived the emotional upset and tremendous financial drain lawsuits can bring. As a result, Pete is uniquely positioned to offer clients the essential part of conflict resolution, reaching an agreement. Pete has an MBA from Pepperdine University, Professional Mediation and Dispute Resolution from both Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and Cornell University. She was recently appointed as a FINRA Dispute Resolution Services Arbitrator.
