Meet Pete Kubitz

 

As a Founder, C-Suite Executive, and Board Member,  Pete built a career as a high-level strategist with years of experience in entrepreneurial and corporate business. Her passion for formal education fuels her hands-on experience in creative negotiations, finance, rising trends, and business-to-business technology. Combined with her natural problem-solving and keen intuition, allows for a visionary approach to leadership in dispute resolution. Pete is known for negotiating cost-effective contracts domestically and in culturally diverse international environments with Fortune 500 industry leaders and mid-size and startup corporations. She resolved disputed relationships with employees, clients, vendors, partners, funders, and competitors at all levels. Worked the filing process and defended IP, Patents, Copyrights, and Trademarks.   Initially learned about dispute resolution from the business side of the table.  Pete lived the emotional upset and tremendous financial drain lawsuits can bring.  As a result, Pete is uniquely positioned to offer clients the essential part of conflict resolution,  reaching an agreement. Pete has an MBA from Pepperdine University, Professional Mediation and Dispute Resolution from both Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and Cornell University. She was recently appointed as a FINRA Dispute Resolution Services Arbitrator.

 

Meet Kathryn Joy

Kathryn has built a forty-six-year career in real estate affiliated fields: title insurance, escrow, finance/lending, contract negotiation, management, and real estate law. Kathryn has experienced dispute resolution from all levels of the real estate industry, specializing in landlord/tenant resolution, short-term rental resolution, and HOA disputes. Kathryn lends her expertise to ADR and mediation with the utmost experience and technical skills. Kathryn, through her many years in real estate-affiliated markets, has successfully negotiated outcomes for her clients, ranging from disputes with homeowner’s associations, to modification agreements with financial institutions, and contract interpretations, all as a non-attorney. Her expertise in the real estate industry has given her the insight needed to successfully guide those seeking her neutral and educated perspective. Kathryn holds a Certificate in Professional Mediation from Cornell University.

Meet Lynda Santoro

 
 

Lynda is an exceptional strategic leader who possesses an acute understanding of the ever-changing landscape of Telecommunications, Digital Transformation, modernizing IT Networks, and creating Secure Infrastructure. Her intuitive problem-solving skills, coupled with a visionary leadership approach, enable her to navigate complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Having a wealth of experience in implementing dynamic shifts in technology, policy, and progressive business strategies, Lynda is well-equipped to lead organizations into the future. Her personal leadership philosophy is grounded in leading by example, and she firmly believes in rolling up her sleeves to get the job done. While Lynda ascribes to a direct leadership approach, her ultimate goal is to achieve results. With 25+ years of experience, she has a deep understanding and respect for both corporate and individuals that together create success. Lynda is proud to contribute to their missions through her quick thinking, level-headed approach, and solutions-oriented mindset. Lynda holds a degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
